In the group homes, room and board are provided, while clients are expected to share expenses and maintain their own group homes or "lodges." Group Homes and Springwood Manor Apartments are not staffed. However, staff provide regular visits in the homes.

The group leader, a member of the respective residence and/or lodge, reports any needed house repairs to SGT offices where an assessment is made and necessary repairs completed.

Each client living in a group home or an apartment receives a weekly check for groceries and household items. All clients residing in SGT housing receive a weekly allowance based on their achievements. Oakhill Lodge and Fairweather Manor are staffed 24-hours per day 7 days per week.
